I just love the way we are treated with such care and respect. You know people care about you here and will go to any length to see that we are happy. How could you be luckier? I could not imagine my father getting better care anywhere than what he is receiving at the Friendly Home. I’m a happy camper! I am so impressed that all the staff know my name. I am extremely satisfied with my Cloverwood experience. I am very happy at Cloverwood. I only wish I had moved in sooner! I feel like I live in a resort. Cloverwood is an extraordinary place to live and we both feel that we are very, very fortunate to live here. Thank you, one and all! My mother particularly enjoys the music programs you offer. They have added a great deal to her quality of life. If we had chosen to move our mom into my home or my sister’s home, we would never have been able to match the level of engagement she has at Glenmere. My mother is a new resident at Glenmere. I really like that she isn’t spending all of her time in her room, but instead participates in the community activities. They take such good care of me! I enjoy the variety of events, and in the past year I have had the pleasure of going on boat rides, out to lunch, visiting museums and taking exercise classes! In a very trying time, this was a wonderful experience. Each and every one of the physical therapists treated me with great care and dignity. I will highly recommend the Friendly Home to anyone I know who needs transitional care! You have the friendliest, most helpful staff imaginable! Everyone always has a smile and a pleasant word. I was completely satisfied with the care I received. Thank you for taking such good care of me and getting me strong enough to go home. You have an exceptional rehab! Linden Knoll is a comfortable place where you can be yourself and choose from a variety of options I love my apartment and my friends at Linden Knoll! Linden Knoll is the best kept secret in Rochester! Friendly staff, friendly community, nice amenities. I was pleased from the moment I was brought in with the care and respect I received. Everyone kept me on track for a successful return home. I felt as though I was wrapped in a bubble of love and I got tremendous help! You have outstanding employees. I could not have asked for a better group of people to care for me, resulting in a quick recovery. If I need to go to rehab again, it will be at Lovejoy at the Friendly Home! Each staff member is so helpful and friendly! We are blessed to have lived here for five years! I came here sight unseen and was amazed to find everything as advertised: friendly, helpful and well-maintained. It is a joy to live here! I have been very happy with everything here at Linden Knoll. My mother is happy and content here. I am so pleased! Very beautiful grounds which I use almost daily during good weather – I like the courtyards and the front porch. I feel very safe. I also enjoy the meals, and my laundry and clothes are well-cared for. My room is always clean. I feel listened to and that is an important component of my care.
